Information submitted for contact, quotation and technical-service requests is used to assess the enquiry, communicate with the customer and manage the quotation or service process. This page is general information; official company procedures and retention periods must be kept current by the company.
Information that may be collected
- Name, company, phone, email and location details
- Product, project, fault and technical requirement data
- Photos, videos and technical documents voluntarily provided by the user
- Analytics events measured through GA4 and GTM
