TECHNICAL CONTEXT

What does the system in the video demonstrate?

This real recording shows that a pendant is not an isolated button station: command, safety chain, contactor/drive, brake, motor and actual motion must agree. The footage is not a statement of rated capacity or a formal test result; it documents real operating functions and the commissioning approach.

Why verify motion directions during commissioning?

Hoist up/down and any trolley/bridge directions are matched against pendant markings and actual movement. Incorrect direction is investigated through phase/connection, control or circuit logic.

What path is traced when the pendant does not work?

Emergency stop and supply, control voltage, pendant buttons, limits, contactor/drive, brake and motor circuit are assessed in motion sequence.

What else is observed in a functional check?

Brake release/holding behaviour, limit functions, abnormal sound/vibration, cable routing and operator visibility are reviewed according to the application.

What should a fault video show?

Record the command being pressed, equipment response, panel/receiver indicators, any displayed fault code and the equipment nameplate in a short sequence to improve remote pre-assessment.
